Dehydration principle：
After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. Treatment Process
Concentration: when the spiral twirls shafts, multiple stacks relatively move, locating in the periphery of the drive shaft. Under the influence of gravity, the water is filtered out from the gap of relative moving stacks to realize rapid concentration.
Dewatering: after concentrated, sludge moves forward with the rotation of the screw shaft; Along the direction of the exit of the mud cake, the distance of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap among rings also gradually decreases. The volume of the helix cavity constantly contracts. Under the influence of the back pressure plate at the exit, the internal pressure gradually increases. With the continuous operation of spiral drive shafts, the water in the sludge is extruded and discharged, and the solid content of the filter cake increases continuously, finally realizing the continuous dewatering of sludge.
Self-cleaning: the rotation of screw shafts twirls continuously wandering rings, and through the movement between fixed rings and wandering rings, the equipment realizes the continuous self-cleaning process, so it avoids the clog problem which commonly exists in the traditional dehydrator.
